In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• Sporting Event Cancellations: In the event that a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed beyond the period specified in pak804's event-specific rules, bets will be settled in accordance with those rules, which are published within the relevant betting market.
• RNG Games: All non-live casino games on pak804 use a certified Random Number Generator. Game outcomes are independently determined and are not influenced by previous results. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical averages over large sample sizes.

• Bonuses are intended for recreational play and may not be used in conjunction with betting strategies designed systematically to reduce wagering requirements without genuine gambling intent.

• Arbitrage Betting: Placing bets designed solely to exploit differences in odds across bookmakers in a manner that guarantees profit regardless of outcome, where this constitutes systematic exploitation rather than legitimate play.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts, using false identity information, or coordinating with others to claim bonuses in excess of those to which a single Player is legitimately entitled.
• Software Exploitation: Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other automated means to interact with the Platform without the express written consent of pak804.
• Money Laundering: Using the pak804 Platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime. pak804 is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.
• Fraudulent Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent payment disputes or chargebacks in relation to legitimate deposits made to a pak804 Account.
• Exploitation of System Errors: Taking deliberate advantage of any technical error, software bug, or display malfunction affecting odds, game outcomes, or account balances.
• Impersonation: Registering with, or accessing, a pak804 Account using the identity or credentials of another person.

All content on the pak804 Platform — including but not limited to the pak804 name, logo, brand identity, game graphics, betting interface design, promotional materials, written content, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of pak804 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Platform's content or code without express written permission.
• Use the pak804 brand, logo, or name in any commercial context or in any manner that implies endorsement by pak804.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pak804's total liability to any Player in connection with the use of the Platform shall be limited to the total amount of funds held in that Player's Account at the time the claim arises. pak804 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

• Any loss arising from the use of the Platform on incompatible or unsupported devices, browsers, or network connections.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall be construed to limit pak804's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

pak804 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account, with or without notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false or misleading registration information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Conduct that pak804 reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform or other Players.
• Confirmation or reasonable suspicion of prohibited conduct as defined in Clause 8.
• Player request (including self-exclusion).
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from a competent authority.

Upon termination of an Account for any reason, legitimate funds held in the Account balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
